Cancellation and payment conditions

Our cancellation conditions provide information regarding the possibility of cancellation, until what date and what the possible consequences are.

Payment and possible cancellation of a Silence Retreat or other stay of several days

Your reservation is valid after receiving a 30% deposit and confirmation from L&L Retraite Silence.
The balance of payment must be received no later than one month before arrival.

Cancellation more than six months before arrival: full refund
Cancellation between six and one month before arrival: 30% will be retained
Cancellation between one month and one week before arrival: 50% will be retained
Cancellation during the last week before arrival: the total amount will be retained

Payment and possible cancellation of a day of retirement

Your reservation is valid after receipt of the full amount of the retreat day and confirmation from L&L Retraite Silence.
The full amount must be paid upon registration.

Cancellation more than six months before arrival: full refund
Cancellation between six and one month before arrival: 30% will be retained
Cancellation between one month and one week before arrival: 50% will be retained
Cancellation during the last week before arrival: the total amount will be retained

Payment and possible cancellation of a yoga class (face-to-face and online)

Your reservation is valid after receipt of the full amount of the yoga class.
The full amount must be paid upon registration.

Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: full refund
Cancellation less than 48 hours before the start and/or without notice: the total amount of the course will be retained or deducted from the session card

Payment and possible cancellation of coaching or treatment

Your reservation is valid after receipt of the full amount of coaching/care.
The full amount must be paid upon registration.

Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: full refund
Cancellation less than 48 hours before start and/or without notice: the full amount will be retained

General

Illness, an accident or any other personal circumstances do not automatically entitle the participant to a refund. We therefore recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Any possible refund is limited to the amount paid by the participant for their participatio
