We, Ludo and Lin, will do everything we can to organize your retreat so that it offers exactly what you need or are looking for.

In the kitchen, Ludo takes into account any allergies or intolerances and, if desired, he can provide a light detox program or a tailored diet, for example in cases of thyroid issues, diabetes, etc.

In addition to the tools provided in your room, you can opt for yoga classes tailored to your rhythm, as well as guided meditations.

We can offer you additional relaxation through massages and energy treatments.

Do you need to stay in contact with your therapist back home? We will gladly provide the necessary video connection to schedule your appointments.

Are you recovering from burnout? We are happy to offer you a longer stay with tailored nutrition, structure, and rhythm.
